• The Socialize Strategy with Helen Polise aka the Muthership all about Talent Management. This convo was all over the place and so great! Helen asked me some awesome questions that I've never been asked before about being a talent manager. We talked about what I look for, how to secure an agent and negotiation. ?It's a youtube video but also available wherever you listen to podcasts.? ?Thanks Helen Polise for having me.
• Navigating Influencer Marketing in Talent Management on The Influencer Marketing Podcast. Paiame S. and I got right into it about talent management. In this episode, I break ?down my process for evaluating influencers before adding them to the roster and discusses the right time for a creator to consider getting a manager. I also share valuable tips on how brands can negotiate fair deals that keep creators motivated and incentivized ?
• Pitching a brand : Avoid these mistakes on the Blogging with Lesli podcast. My good friend Keryn Means invited me to join this convo with her and Lesli and we had a blast! Hang out with Keryn for two minutes and you'll see why. Keryn's in the travel space, I'm obviously on the management side and we talked about all the things you should know when reaching out to brands. This episode is full of gems! ?
• How to grow your Talent Management roster. This is a webinar I did for the Behind the Influence Slack community focused for Talent Managers on how to build a kick ass roster of talent. I shared my secret (which I won't tell you. Yup, you'll have to watch to find out!) I loved that this was so specific for Talent Managers.? ? Thanks Wells Douraghy for having me.

This was a fantastic webinar hosted by Impact.com, in partnership with Helix and my client Jessica Serna. ?In this webinar, you’ll see how to create a winning pitch that brands will love, how potential brand partners your unique value, ?how to avoid common red flags and getting ghosted and more.
