Your Network Equals Your Networth

Show me your friends and I'll show you your future. As most of us in business or entrepreneurs have heard, it is where you learn that you earn. Who you have around you is who you become. All cliché, but real! The reality is if we are in a calm average and relaxed environment, we will be just that. But what if you are the least successful and wealthy person in a room full of multi success and wealthy individuals? Is it likely you will remain the same or have the best come out of you and grow? It's obvious we all have a better version of ourselves when we surround ourselves with others like it. Thats what networking is. The group of people you network with will equal your NetWorth. In our coaching events we urge people to meet others and network. Your network is just as important as your education. To many people this will mean breaking out of comfort zones or leaving introvert behind. Getting into business as a quiet and closed off introvert, this was something I had to quickly adapt. If you are going to be a businessman or woman, you will also need to be a people person. There is no business without people.
