Are Your Nerves Literally Frayed?

If you are alive and breathing, or at least aware you are breathing, there is more right with you, than is not. But here, right here, is a great beginning point.

As a human you are somewhat aware of the nuances your senses communicate. We have been engineered somehow to use these senses as some sort of a GPS tracking system. It alerts us as to whether or not we are in alignment with our desires, life goals, end-goals, short or long-term goals... or just in tune with the 'nature of reality' on some cellular hard drive

Some days we feel the path of least resistance whereby we feel a flow with the currents of grace that teach our nervous system that all is well in the world. Then there are days when we feel we are butting heads, heart and hands with all that is. Two very distinct dichotomies that result in a disparity of 'comfort zoning' in some nether land.

Then there are those times of life when the cumulative effect of all those challenging days just eat away at our ability to cope, to deal, to assign meaning and possibility to what seems meek, shut off and desolate.

Nerves become undone as we have a memory of an event(s) that our body responds to. So now the idea is to teach the body a new way to respond from a new mind. Idea is to break the habit of being ourself so Life can land a tad differently and help the brain to cultivate a new brain, one of coherence, rather than not.

As well, the 'wholeness of calm' comes from a 'whole' approach from diet, lifestyle and environmental factors. Eating healthy fats insulate our nerves (avocado, sesame, pumpkin seeds, cold pressed olive oils, etc), using our muscles to co-contract (yoga therapeutics) to support the muscle action to hold the nerves steady. This grounding, a good communication of neurons and a relaxed intercellular and intracellular network achieves long lasting calm, clarity and rooted presence.

Nerves heal, the ones that achieve peace and calm are invited to fire together so as to wire together. This becomes an important factor to create a new personality pattern toward the common end of a peaceful you and all you touch.

Grounding, good communication of neurons and intracellular communication.
