Proverbs 16:2 All a person’s ways seem pure to them, but motives are weighed?by the?Lord.

It can be easy to justify something that we know may not be exactly what is the right thing to do. "Who's it going to hurt?; I deserve this!; No one is going to know!" Are all phrases that should give us a clue that we are about to do something that we shouldn't. No matter how much we justify it to ourselves and others, God knows the heart. If your motivations start with, 'How is this going to honor God' we are starting on the right path to true success. Make sure your motivations honor God and have a blessed weekend!
