Agents, buyers when it comes to a loan officer do you want a sales person or an analyst? Do you want a loan officer that is capable and willing to evaluate your financial situation instead of taking an “application” from every person who applies and expecting the underwriter to make the decision weeks or months down the road after you have spent time, money (inspections), and energy striving to acquire your dream home?

Buyers are smart enough to understand the pros/cons of the few loan programs we offer today. If your loan officer does not do a side-by-side comparison of your options then the loan officer is either inexperienced, lazy or both. This is our #1 job duty: to explain mortgage options.
