Our biggest news of the month was the release of the 2024 Elite ORA Power Ranking that had the significant change of combining the elite conventional AND student properties.
By the numbers:
1,371 conventional properties. 103 student properties. 25 top management companies by % properties in portfolio that made the Elite.
