SHDF Wave 1 Project Completed

The regeneration of Stoke-on-Trent’s Newford Estate, Wave 1 project has reached completion, with energy efficiency upgrades implemented in 74 terraced and semi-detached homes.

The Newford Estate regeneration project exemplifies how hard-to-treat system-build properties can undergo a well-designed retrofit to achieve major gains in sustainability and efficiency.
