Your Mind Is Your Greatest Asset
To be a successful entrepreneur, business owner, or sales professional you have to master the art of follow-up. We sometimes think that follow-up is a concrete task, but we forget to follow up on our own crazy ideas. We've all had that idea that popped up in our minds around 3 AM. We loved that idea, but we did not write it down, nor did we take that great idea seriously..but we played with it for a few weeks in our head....and we did not follow up.
?That brilliant idea only popped up at 3 AM because your mind has been working on the problem in the background. It has offered an option that sometimes you are too insecure to grasp or don't want to put the effort into. This type of follow-up is the most difficult skill to master in my opinion. It forces us to fight procrastination, fight insecurity, and leave our (oh no - don't say it) comfort zone.
How many times had you had that "woulda shoulda coulda" moment? Don't "shoulda" yourself. Follow-up on those brilliant 3 AM ideas.
