Your LinkedIn Photo Might Be Why You Are Not Getting Hired #HR
If you find yourself currently looking for a new role then you might be spending many hours on LinkedIn - your new best friend.
How often do you look at Who's viewed your profile, to gain insights about who's potentially interested in you?
In my experience recruiters and talent management professionals do spend time search and looking at potential candidate profiles on LinkedIn. Your profile photo could put you in the lead when it comes to your next gig, after all, its the first thing a recruiter sees.
Funny photos, group shots, cluttered backgrounds, and instagram filters are ALL OUT!
See how your LinkedIn profile photo compares by taking the quick video quiz below. If nothing else, its a couple of minutes out of your day that just might help you land that next gig!
This video originally appeared on fastcompany.com - Ryan Galloway, from Contently, shared how to produce the perfect profile photo.

8 年I'm trying a new photo myself. Still can't decide if I like it or not. Above all, I believe the photo is the most important way of saying hello to new acquaintances, perhaps the most important part of the profile.
