May I ask you a question?
What time do you go to sleep? Really? So are your burning the midnight oil? Are you working between the hours of midnight and 7am and then working from 9am to 6pm or later.
Reality Check
Are you reading this post during those early hours of the morning? Despite you, fighting against yourself to keep your eyes open! Are you pushing yourself, telling yourself you need to do this, that or the other? Are you thinking that, in order to achieve you need to sacrifice short term, in order to achieve longer term gains? How long do you think that you can keep up this way of “living” or working? Imagine, if something happened to you tomorrow and you could not work, then what? What contingency plans if any do you have? What would you life look like?
Do the Maths
Now, you know that 168 equals 7x24 and out of those 24 hours we cannot, add, divide, multiply or subtract, time is time!! No more, no less, however, how we “spend” or “save” time is crucial. So in theory, we should have 8 hours sleep, 8 hours rest and 8 hours play/recreational, so what does your 24 hours really, look like!
Expectations and Standards
In this fast paced technological world, where: product design, customer focus, speed, cost, delivery, attention to detail, packaging, “Wow factor” presentation and quality, must be impeccable, how much of strain or drain is this placing on your health and well being? What about your varying family roles and responsibilities and maintaining friendships, whilst building, nurturing and sustaining relationships both personal and professional? Be truthful you are only cheating yourself!
Create your own lane in life
Yes, it may appear that we are on a treadmill or rollercoaster of sleeping less and “doing more” however, what are we actually “doing” what does this statement really mean when you say " I am busy?”
I think a lot of us are out of alignment, mentally, physically, spiritually, socially and financially to name a few spheres of our complex life, so what are possible solutions?

How about these for starters:-
Take a long and hard look at yourself in the mirror? What do you really see? Someone ageing rapidly? Are you happy? Or is your mask, slipping?
When was the last time you went for a health check including blood tests for any deficiencies e.g B12, Iron etc
When was the last time you scheduled in your diary some ME time!
why not, block or book out some time with a meeting for yourself by yourself and do something beautiful for you – suggestions, pamper time, lie in (Extra sleep time) Get a take away and not cook for a day, do that thing you have been meaning to do.
Start a £1 or £2 Savings plan for a year, every time you get a £1 or £2 coin you place it in a jar, money box and at the end of the year you make £365 or £730! Without negatively impacting your day to day living!
