THAT “BUT” IN YOUR LIFE HAS TO GO.

FOUNDATION SCRIPTURE:

? 2 Kings 5:1 ?

"Naaman, commander of the army of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master and in high favour, because by him the Lord had given victory to Syria. He was a mighty man of valour, but he was a leper."

HOLY SPIRIT, HAVE YOUR WAY.

Naaman, a powerful commander, led armies to victory. Yet, beneath his armour, he bore a hidden burden—a skin disease that marked him as unclean. His strength couldn't shield him from this affliction.

Oftentimes we find ourselves wearing masks, projecting strength while concealing our vulnerabilities. Naaman's leprosy reminds us that even the mightiest warriors have their battles. What masks do you wear? What struggles lie beneath? Nobody sees the tears and the pain you go through while visibly, you are surrounded by the so-called “best of life”.

May God send us an unexpected Messenger of great news!

A young Israelite servant girl, captured in war, became the catalyst for Naaman's healing. She pointed him to the prophet Elisha. This is the least expected vessel…but God often uses unexpected messengers—people we least expect—to guide us towards hope and restoration. PAY ATTENTION.

The Humble Path is always the way forward but Naaman's pride flared up when Elisha instructed him to go wash in river Jordan.—he expected grand prayers and an opportunity to give the Prophet a fat envelope or a deafening credit alert ... .but the anointing does not respect our titles. If this humble part were to be your route, are you willing to take those simple steps toward God's promises?

Naaman finally obeyed and dipped himself in the Jordan, and his flesh was restored. The ordinary river became a channel of God's extraordinary grace. That thing, that person you have been overlooking may just be your answered prayer.

Naaman emerged from the water, not only healed but also changed. May we also testify greatly! Amen.
