"At Your Level, You Do Not Have a Car.."

Sometime early this year, in a discussion, the other young man said to me "Joybert, at your level you do not have a car"?

I swiftly replied "Because you can afford it effortlessly does not mean it is easy for everyone else. Moreover we have different priorities, we walk different paths and make money in different ways"?

Well at the end I heard he was into a ponzi scheme which collapsed and all that. It is so unfortunate, I only pray for better days and better ways of getting results.??

Then I asked myself "What if I was under pressure to compete or live like him?" I will be the loser at all times.?

I am trying to build a small growing business one step at a time while he just needs to make fake promises and make hundreds of thousands and even millions.?

It is the same like a lady who is trying to ethically make money from her job and side hustle but trying to compete with a lady who is doing runs with sugar daddies. There is no competition here, there are only two paths.?

Here is what I try to practice and I hope it challenges you to try some.?

Many young people are depressed because of what other fellow young people have said to them or because of the life they see others living which they cannot afford. Stop wasting your energy and do this from today

1. Be content with what you have but set bigger goals and work towards daily. The Lord is blessing the works of your hands for sustainable blessings

2. Always have at the back of your mind because you are of the same age group does not mean you have the same path and access to the same resources. Your job is to keep better and push forward.?

3. Competing to live any kind of life to impress anyone will never make you better. It will only drain and hurt you tomorrow.?

4. Sustainable and significant success only comes from doing what is ethical and can honour God.?

5. No matter how far others have gone ahead. Focus on growing and know your level. Do not be in your planting years and you are comparing with someone at his or her maturity/harvesting years.?

Hear this and never forget. All your dreams can come true if you have the courage to pursue them without being distracted as you walk your path.?

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. No one can take you off your path without your consent. Stand your grounds. Sometimes it will be difficult, you will feel embarrassed and disappointed with life but in all this, believe in your future possibilities.?
