As we all know that hospitality is based on customer satisfaction and meeting the needs and desires which are unlimited. In addition, characteristics of the hospitality industry are the difference in many ways that help set it apart from other businesses.

As a manager; you should set a tone of authority but not too strong!

In the Hospitality Industry, it is not easy to apply one type of leadership due to characteristics of the industry. And you may apply some of the Leadership according to your organizational culture. All team members have to understand the overriding objectives of the organization and all these goals need to be aligned with department goals. As a leader, you should have a clear objective in place and reward systems must reinforce your organization's objectives and culture. On the other hand, you cannot know everything (But you should), so you should assemble a team of individuals who have complementary skills and knowledge.
Unfortunately, there is no a guarantee that everyone will become a great leader or manager if he or she follows leadership styles. It is very important to understanding yourself and how you prefer to lead gives you the skill to relate well with others. The Leaders should understand the dynamics within the organization that help you in becoming a more effective leader.
