You are correct that results, reputation and relationships are important factors when it comes to getting a promotion in one's career. Results: Demonstrating that you are consistently producing high-quality work, meeting or exceeding performance expectations, and achieving measurable results can be a key factor in getting a promotion. Reputation: Building a good reputation in your field and organization can be important when it comes to getting a promotion. Being known as a professional, a team player, and someone who is knowledgeable and skilled in your field can be a positive factor in getting a promotion. Relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and other key stakeholders can be important when it comes to getting a promotion. Good relationships can lead to positive word-of-mouth and networking opportunities, which can be beneficial in finding new job opportunities and getting a promotion. It's important to note that getting a promotion is not only about your performance but also about the opportunities that are available and the organization's needs and structure.
