HRIS vendor Workday officially became one of the Fortune 500 in 2024 as the company saw a remarkable year of growth. Plans to incorporate more AI functionality into the platform are underway and are expected to help Workday keep its place in the listing.?

IRIS releases Welsh language version of Staffology HR?

IRIS’s cloud-based HR software, Staffology HR now has a Welsh language option. It was developed in conjunction with LinguaSkin and was created to help their clients make staying compliant even easier.?

IRIS Software Group Unveils Generative AI?

IRIS has really been on a roll this month. In addition to the extended languages for Staffology above, at the CIPD Festival of Work earlier this month they launched new AI-based features.?

They are introducing generative AI in recruitment to help quickly create job descriptions, the ‘IRIS Cascade Assistant’ which is an AI chatbot with access to all of IRIS’s information for answers and new automated backpay adjustments in Staffology.??
