Your Joy, Your Responsibility

While happiness may manifest differently for each person—be it through food, solitude, or social connection—the underlying truth remains: true happiness originates within. You may engage in various activities, but these should be seen as avenues to express yourinner joy, rather than as means to achieve it.
Happiness is a personal responsibility. Expecting others to solely provide it can be unfair and unrealistic. Not only does it place an undue burden on them, but it also sets up expectations that are often difficult, if not impossible, to meet. Furthermore, individual happiness is influenced by personal preferences and choices. For example, if Radhika expects Mohit to make her happy by giving her flowers, but she dislikes flowers, this gesture may be perceived negatively. This is just one example illustrating the point I am trying to make. You may notice similar instances around you all the time.
