1 年The idea of a robot "replacing" the worker is misleading as it implies a 1:1 machine to worker replacement and is impossible today and unlikely tomorrow. The works tasks themselves, (i.e. the process), has to be be first re-parsed into new groupings and then, yes, automation can/does replace workers.

I completely agree with your point that the responsibility is on the side of companies, employers. The blind following of increasing efficiency can get us into trouble. During my research interviews, one could hear a sort of human powerlessness, a feeling that robotization cannot be stopped and that people are left only to work next to robots and wait to be removed.??
