Job designing lets the role match up with organisational goals, technological advancements or changing market conditions, said a human resources professional. In his latest askST Jobs column, experts shared with Tay Hong Yi that getting your job redesigned can become an opportunity for professional growth, as you get exposed to skills that you may not have learnt before. They also advise to be open to changes in job roles.
