Your inner strength is bigger than the obstacle on the way

Inner Strength or Inner Power is more powerful in all aspects of life. When you are having inner strength, there is less possibility that physically you may get challenged and there is a need for ‘self-defense’. Physical strength is muscle power and can be used for a specific purpose which requires physical strength. Work on your inner power which will not only help you in dealing with ‘self-defence’ issues but ill help you in dealing with all kind of ‘issues of life’. Meditation is one of the access to develop inner power.
The physical is meaningful as long as it has inner strength. Ex. You slap anyone on his face to inflict pain or satisfy your own grouse. Now, the slap without inner anger, stiffness,speed ,power has less impact. Moreover its a gesture of love. Therefore intensity is a necessity for impact. Now, self defence : this needs a retort. This retort is developed by a stimulus in the brain that instantly increases the reflexes speed accuracy and with all this too its the sharpness of your senses to sense,react ,act push and add impetus all in one go for self defence. To win or not is one thing but its only o e who doesn't take it sitting down who is the winner.
Physical strength may enable you to over power the opponent but its the grit and determination with which you fight back that matters. Increase your inner potential, it function at a sensory speed. Depends on what you mean. I’m assuming when things already pop off and you have to defend yourself. If by inner strength you mean confidence, skill, a good breathing tempo, rhythm, etc? Yes to a point. If someone is physically strong enough they will beat you regardless. But priority should be on the internal stuff with muscle and flexibility being important but tertiary. Skill comes second. If you don’t have techniques and aggression/patience (mainly the basics and understanding ranges and angles, natural aggression, etc) you are gonna be very useful anyway and will waste any physique you do have. But don’t neglect physical training.
If you mean before the confrontation? Yes but just as important is knowing the area. Situational Awareness is key. Know exit points, know entry points. Know the crowd. Know how to blend in. Know who you can go to. Awareness can be even stronger than any internal or physical strength. But if you have muscles people are less likely to fight you but more likely to draw a weapon if they have one since they don’t want to challenge the muscular guy. Keep all of that in mind. I don't think I will ever fully realise how much strength I have within me.
I've been through some very hard times, as most have. Each time I was going through them, I was convinced that there was no real way out. That was the end of the line. Yet, I never gave up. I'm still here today. Every time I think I'm about to reach that 'limit,' something changes. There's more strength to give. More strength to keep me going. An unending amount. Some examples of these events would be like some father being abusive. or someone's sister being diagnosed with cancer. Or someone has drug addiction. Or anxiety disorder. Deep depression. Failure of achieving due to the 2 above. Even now, these things play a part and weigh on me. I feel like I'm not going to make it. But I do, every single time. Most do, every single time.

We all feel like we're at breaking point at one time or another. Often many times in our lifetime. But, for many of us, we don't give up. There's always a little more to give. Like I was talking to an army veteran who spent many years in Afghanistan as part of US Army deployed there. He was telling me that emotional stress is much like physical stress, and you know it when you feel exhausted having suffered either. Emotional fortitude is not easily taught or learned. I can promise you that going all the way through the hard times, as best as you can make it, will inoculate you.
There is no one solution for everyone who is feeling fragile or vulnerable. Some people take solace in religion, some in friends and family, some in simply taking time for themselves to heal. Everyone is different, and everyone has to find their own way. For me, I had a serious issue with sleep. We would go on a couple missions a week, and some would be a simple one or two day payroll, or a 2 or 3 week long op. Running a "hot gun" (manning the guns on 24 hour shifts), prepping for missions (storing food/water/munitions on our vehicles), going on missions, and coming back (to do maintenance on the vehicles/burn trash/clean weapons/etc. then prep for the next one) was stressful by itself.
We would roll out at 3:30AM one day, 6:00AM the next, 12:00PM two days later, and so on. I had such an out of whack sleep schedule, it was hard to get rest at first. A few months in to the deployment, some things happened that led to serious nightmares that I still have to this day. At 9 months, I was probably at my lowest. So many days would pass with no rest I was beginning to hallucinate, and when I did sleep, it was unrestful, and for embarrassingly long amounts of time, causing many other problems with being able to wake up on time and get my job done.
This was the worst stress I had ever been through emotionally, there were moments where I did not think I could go on. There were days when all I wanted was to cry like a baby, but couldn't even force tears. I had to deal with that while I was going on missions, and doing my job to the best of my ability. I pulled through with my life and my sanity, not because I was emotionally strong to begin with, but because I knew it would get better. I reminded myself that all of these bad times were soon to be a memory, and that if I make it through, it will only help to make me stronger.
I did make it, and I am stronger. Nothing that will ever happen in my life from now on will ever be as bad as that. I have an experience that I can now gauge all of my current problems against. Debt, family issues, stress at work, you name it. Nothing bad happens without me realizing that I can sleep at night and wake up to a new day, refreshed and ready. When I feel like I'm swimming in debt, I look around and see that I have good food and clean water, I have a family that loves me, and friends to talk to. I persevered through the hard times, reminding myself that life will get better. Give it time, and it always does. Give yourself the time you need. Don't give up. You will only see how far you have traveled when you look back. Hang in there. Cheers!
