Through quiet times of relaxation we open our minds to the wisdom which has been written in our hearts. Meditate on health, happiness and prosperity. Acknowledge the presence of the power within you. God, the omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscience part of our being will guide you to emotional, stillness and calmness enfolding and protecting us. Abide in the idea that underneath our being are the everlasting arms of the Father. Mediate on these ideas daily and you will feel a great sense of peace. Take a deep breath and relax and let go. You will become aware of deep relaxation in every part of your body.
