I will give you advice on what’s best for you and your house, what options you have to improve your home space in a way that will also increase the value of your home so not only you’ll save money, and get a beautiful new home but this will add value to your home’s worth so it becomes an investment rather than an expense. So we’ll work on that perfect design.

We’ll send over our trusted Architects to do all the ANNOYING and complex drawings for you. They will also submit the application needed to start the extension.

Once the drawings are done and we get all the permissions to start the project. We’ll send our team of builders to create that dreamed space for you, this process can vary depending on the project we take on.

We’ll settle a Building Regulation visit for you so the groundworks are completed and approved by the local authority. That way you can just relax and actually enjoy the process of building your new home.

The building process is very simple:

1?? We’ll start building the structure, lintels, door, window frames and wall ties, cavity wall insulations will be fitted as well, 

2??We’ll start building the internal walls 

3?? Then, we’ll get started on the roof construction (unless it’s a basement) 

4??And lastly, we’ll break through the external wall to connect the house to the newly built extension.
