Below is a link to an interesting story where an insurer (CSAA, a AAA company) is non-renewing a customer due to drone footage or photos taken by the company without the customers knowledge. I am unsure how this will turn out legally, but the point is clear. Take care of your home because you never know if your insurer is watching you. The market is extremely difficult right now and insurers will look for ways to remove exposure in certain areas.
