Your help requested for The Marc Cornelissen Award

Dear community,

As some of you know my dear friend Marc Cornelissen unexpectedly died in April 2015 doing what he liked most - exploring the frozen arctic so that he could share his experiences and his deeply rooted belief that we need to make our world more sustainable. I have always admired his passion, pure intent and relentless energy for this good cause.

It is for this reason that I would like to draw your attention to the Marc Cornelissen Award. This award is awarded to candidates who distinguish themselves in the spirit of Marc in their effort to make our world more sustainable. If you know someone who you consider to be a candidate, we would be delighted if you pass the attached information to them and stimulate her or him to run for the award.
