Start with a daily nutrition regimen until 12pm

  1. Take 5 deep breaths in the morning as soon as you wake up. Breathe in for 4 seconds in your nose. Hold for 2-3 seconds and breathe out through your mouth or nose for 5- 8 seconds.
  2. Drink 8 ounces of water with 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon lime juice, or 1 teaspoon vitamin C powder before eating any solid food.?
  3. After drinking (#2) eat 1 handful of sunflower seeds and raisins, a piece of fresh fruit, a fruit and green smoothie, saute vegetables, or dried fruit. Then eat your meals.


Strawberry Basil Baobab Sorbet

2 servings

3 cups Frozen Organic Strawberries

1/4 cup Water (warm)

2 tbsps Maple Syrup

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

2 Tablespoons baobab

1/4 cupBasil Leaves

In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
