Your Health Is Important! Are You Still Putting Your Fitness Off? Read this!

Happy #FitnessFriday! Being fit and healthy is an important part of our businesses. Today we have some fantastic tips from our guest contributor, Bee Carter from Bee Well Health and Fitness


1) Your body deserves respect:

viewing fitness as a means to change something you don't like or a punishment for what you ate. Your body is amazing so nourish it with healthy choices.

2) You are in control of you:

Yes, there are a multitude of things that we are not in control of but mostly we are utterly in control of the choices we make about what we do with our bodies. Take ownership and decide to make choices that bring you life.

3) It's about consistency:

Quick fixes don't and leave us feeling worse. Long-term sustainable changes are about showing up for yourself every single day. Do that running programme, practice yoga, attend your class or press play on your workout.

4) There will never be enough time you have to make it:

Getting up early revolutionised my fitness it might not be for you but then make time elsewhere in your day and push something else out of your schedule. What's more important than living longer, being happier and healthier?

5) Be accountable:

Surround yourself with motivators, not commiserators who tell you it's OK to drink that extra glass of wine or eat crap if you feel down. You need to be reminded of your goals on a bad day so choose wisely who to be accountable to.
