Whatever you will do to take care of our health, you are still going to die. So the Idea is to live healthy and live a bit longer. So don't allow products info advertiser’s speakers deceive you, and sell you products to live longer, make you motivated to buy this item or that for your good health. Well follow the common sense if you are diabetic dont eat too much carbs and sugary food and drinks. If you have high blood pressures don’t eat food with too much salt in it , if you want to cut your weight you have to exercise moderately and reduce your calorie intakes. Let me give you some funny examples
1. The inventor of the treadmill had died at the age of 54
2. The inventor of gymnastics died at the age of 57
3. The world bodybuilding champion died at the age of 41
4. The best footballer in the world Maradona, died at the age of 60.

A German named Karl Kech claimed that he was the first to attach pedals to a hobby horse in 1862. discovered the modern bicycles died at age 68 . But the first patent for such a device was granted not to Kech but to Pierre Lallement, and he only lived up to 47 years of age and die, a French carriage maker who obtained a U.S. patent for a two-wheeled vehicle with crank pedals in 1866.

I know the other side of this coin, I know you will say well the KFC and other inventors did not eat, drink or smoke the products and that their money and richness contributed to improve their health by affording to get good health insurance and doctors , reduce their stress but not worrying about working for others , and knowing that the stress is the number one killer.
How did these doctors come to the conclusion that exercise prolongs life?
The rabbit is always jumping up and down but it lives for only 2 years and the turtle that doesn’t exercise at all, lives up to 400 years.
So, take some rest, chill, stay cool, eat, drink, have fun and enjoy your life. Life is for the living. The main thing is to have common sense, be in the mainstream and not in the extreme, reduce your stress, work smart before you work hard then trust your instinct, and trust the lord. Whatever makes you happy and obtained legally and honestly makes you live longer and then depart this earth in good mood.
Smaller animals have more predators, and have to grow faster, as well as reproduce sooner, if they want to pass on their genes. Larger animals, like elephants and whales, are less likely to be eaten by predators, and lack the evolutionary pressure to mature and reproduce at an early age.There are so many theories that contradict each other in regard to size, speed, metabolism, energy release and free radicals .
In my opinion the best method is to be smart and adoptable. Strength alone doesn't guarantee you survival but how to adapt to changes and modified it does.
The inventor of comfort food the popcorn , Orville Redenbacher died at age 88. Again no butter and salt please.
