Good CEOs use hotel stays as a excuse to fall out of their routine. They skip gym sessions, eat the hotel pizza and have a few drinks.

2 个月It's so easy to use a change to your routine to throw away all of your good habits. But with a bit of flexibility and just minor adaptations there's bio reason why you can't continue your routine.
