Your Greatness Is Showing...

I recently sent this note to my network circle and was asked to share it out...

Greetings Inspired Leaders!

 We definitely live in interesting times, don’t we? You probably have COVID-19 information coming out of your ears. So, I will just extend my hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy (physically, mentally and spiritually).

 For some of us, the pandemic has made us question our roles as leaders and how we ‘show up’. That’s a good thing. Dr. Carl Frost shared: “Leaders should always be on the edge of their expertise.” Well…here we are…on the edge of our expertise, because none of us has been through this type of event before. But what I do know, is together, we have the resiliency, we have the innovation, and we have the collective wisdom to make it through! Know that I am committed to BEing a resource for you on this journey.

 In the midst of the stress and uncertainty, it’s become imperative to stay connected while moving forward. As leaders, it is acutely clear today, we are called to hold two paradigms at once: make decisions for current circumstances AND create a strategy for our post atmosphere.  

I will be offering some potential relief later in the week for those you are craving connection, bouncing new ideas and support in showing up.  But for right now, so excited about the wisdom, tools and resources being shared throughout our leadership community!  Here are this week’s offerings:
