Microchip MASTERs

The Microchip Annual Strategic Technical Exchange and Review (MASTERs) Conference is our flagship annual engineer-to-engineer training event, designed to provide a deep dive into Microchip’s products and technologies. In August, we gathered for the 24th annual MASTERs in an immersive environment where attendees gained valuable hands-on experience and direct interaction with subject matter experts. Among the conference features they said they liked best, attendees emphatically valued the opportunity to develop and design in a classroom setting. They also highlighted the tips and tutorials, and the live interaction to ask questions ?about their design projects.

In addition to hosting our annual conference in our home state of Arizona, Microchip also hosts MASTERs events in Europe and other locations around the world. For the latest information on upcoming live events near you, including MASTERs, please visit our events page .

At every MASTERs event, you can expect to network with experts both in the classroom and during informal meetups, gain practical experience and know-how, engage face-to-face with Microchip’s technical leaders, network with fellow customers, distributors and Microchip staff, and get special support ?from ?our industry experts.

FIRST Robotics

Microchip proudly supports the FIRST Robotics Competition, an annual international event that inspires high school students to pursue STEM careers. The competition challenges students to build and program robots to complete tasks, providing a fun yet rigorous environment to apply engineering skills. Pairing students with professionals, the event is a career-molding and exciting experience for all. We even showcase the program at our annual MASTERs Conference, where attendees have the opportunity to watch a match and meet the youth teams.

This year, 20 teams from across Arizona came together for the event, hosted in partnership with Arizona State University. Teams gained ranking points throughout the morning, had alliance selections after lunch where they then played double elimination style playoffs for the state championships.
