Your Future and True Potential in Sales at SentinelOne: A Recruiter's Perspective

Getting closer to my 10 years of working in the tech industry, I have sold different companies, their dreams and visions. Yes you heard that right, I sold it. As a recruiter, you're a jack of all trades by design, but my focus has always been in Sales.

So I'm an SDR, Inside Sales Specialist, AE and a CSM all at once. And I'm privileged that I have always worked in companies that I believe in their product, their vision and how they contribute to the world.?

  • I do the cold approach, turn them into potential candidates. I review the applications, have the first conversations.
  • I sell them the opportunity on a tailored approach, I identify their needs. I move them along the process and I make sure they have a great experience and finally close them at the end, bring them to the company.?
  • I don’t sell a product in a territory but I sell EVERY product of my company, in multiple territories.
  • I sell the CULTURE, the VISION, and a FUTURE for the candidate.
  • I have targets to hit to be successful.?
  • I review my pipeline with my internal stakeholders, I do my forecast. ?I'm constantly hunting and farming for the business and for the candidates, for the PEOPLE.
