At The Sustainable Restaurant Association, we have a strong belief in the power of collaboration. When individual F&B businesses work together to share knowledge and resources, the industry as a whole moves faster towards the progressive and environmentally restorative future we need. With this in mind, we hold quarterly Working Groups to encourage businesses to share and discuss their sustainability challenges, creative solutions and inspiring ideas.
These Working Groups are suitable for larger businesses in our network (those with 10+ sites) and usually held in London. Through a combination of expert presentations and guided group discussions on a selected theme, we create an effective and supportive learning environment in which businesses can share ideas and challenges with one another, finding answers and taking inspiration from others in their field.?
