?This last question was critical for me to understand their ‘attitude’ to being coached. If they replied ‘I need help with everything’ I was happy to work with them 24/7 until they felt confident in going it alone, if they said ‘I don’t need your help thanks’ I DID NOT TAKE THEM ON.
