I couldn't let the year go by without writing one more newsletter.

Hope it helps you stay on track with your goals this Christmas and into the New Year...

The holidays are finally here, and while it’s tempting to hit pause on exercise, staying active doesn’t have to feel like a chore, and will allow you to hit the ground running in 2025...

You might not fancy exercising right now, but you know as well as I do how sluggish you will feel after a day or two of eating, drinking and doing nothing...

Here’s a simple plan to stay on track without missing out on the festive fun:

???10-Minute Workouts: Start your day with a quick sweat session (try the workout in yesterday's LinkedIn post >>?HERE).

???Festive Walks: After meals, grab the family for a walk—chat, laugh, and move together.

???Mindful Choices: Enjoy your favourite Christmas treats, but focus on balance.


Remember, consistency—not perfection—will take you into the New Year stronger than ever.
