I once saw a posting that read “a good leader, hires, good staff beneath them and then gets out of the way“ or something close to that. Essentially, it would be great if you really could do that, but in today’s leadership, it’s easier to follow them by computer or, just general interactions. It doesn’t have to necessarily be directly about work or the computer system. The lab that I worked in was completely automated by the time I retired as far as the psychology could go. There are still physical aspects of the work we do that are variable so being an attentive in the lab is not a good idea. Just be available if needed is probably better for communication and just trust. Working out Cost or any other managerial requirements can be done, I feel pretty easily by using the summary sheets that can be done straight from the computer systems. The position takes patience sometimes, a lot of focus on the particular task being worked on, and a sense of humor.

Lead healthy for all is a most desirable mission. But not easy as everyone know. Health tech would make this mission have more potential success. More accessibility by direct and indirect as place, time, cost, persons. Once can do leading success others in levels of community and society would be get beneficial and responses. This is a target success for afford, working, investment and kindness.
