Imagine a common daily used ingredient in your food or drinks that could be toxic.
By toxic, I mean having an adverse effect on your body, for the long or short term.
My challenge was that when I consumed this ingredient in foodstuff, I literally got sick. I am talking about headaches, nausea, dizziness, stomach trouble, and even brain fog. Those were the moments that I had wished I looked before I leaped. Because afterward, when I did read the labels, that ingredient was listed first.?
?Yes, I went to my healthcare professionals first, before learning this fact. I had several doctor appointments regarding my symptoms and received several different diagnoses after much testing. I was never asked what I had been eating or drinking.
The test all showed I was fine, that I might just have a little acid reflux.
?I knew better. So I kept reading medical articles, watching videos, and comparing my symptoms, with what others were saying about them. I did my own self-test by eliminating different ingredients. This helped me find out the main ingredient that was the culprit.
?However, when I tried telling my doctors or others what I found they couldn’t understand why it only affected me. But was it only affecting me?
