Hearing about suicides every day deeply disturbs me. I genuinely struggle to understand how someone can take their own life because of a job. With over 17 years of experience in human resources, I have witnessed countless stressful situations, departments overwhelmed with pressure, and employees brought to tears, but suicide has never been an option.
In today’s fast-paced world, stress from work or other responsibilities can often feel overwhelming. But whenever you find yourself feeling stressed, remember one important thing: your family should always come first, not your stress.
ALWAYS think of it before taking any such decisions

Only Family handling the entire stress without you.
Instead of letting stress control you, take a step back and spend time with your family, especially your children. If you have younger kids, sit with them, and listen to their innocent stories. Their playful energy and carefree attitude can remind you of the simpler joys in life. If you have older children in school or college, take them out for a walk, to the park, or even to a movie. Listening to their daily experiences can help you reflect on how you handled stress when you were younger.
Family time has a magical way of putting things into perspective. You’ll quickly realize that no amount of work pressure or stress is bigger than your family. They are your greatest source of strength and support. Spending time with them can recharge you in ways that no other activity can.
In the end, the choice is yours: would you rather be someone without a job, but still have your family around to manage struggles together, or work so hard that your family is left managing their struggles without you? The answer is clear. Your family will always be there for you, so make sure you are always there for them.
Life is short, and no work or stress should take precedence over the people who matter most. Choose your family, and the rest will fall into place.
