I'd like you to develop a thoughtful exit statement to help you navigate interviews, networking events, or casual conversations with friends and acquaintances.

Your Exit Statement concisely answers the question:?"Why are you looking for a new job?"?

Think of this as your "press release" since it communicates your transition to the world. An effective exit statement is concise, non-defensive, and delivers a positive tone. When appropriate, it indicates that your departure was not due to any fault of your own. This is meant solely for your verbal delivery and should not be in any form on LinkedIn or in a resume.

Your exit statement includes two essential components:
