So you’ve done the research online and determined which model is right for you. Now what? That’s where we come into play. Below, you’ll read step-by-step what to expect when you come to Newman Tractor to buy your first SANY machine.

STEP 1: CHECK OUT THE MACHINE IN PERSON.

When it comes to buying new equipment, the first step is – as we like to say – “getting your butt in the seat.” While pictures and videos of machinery can give you a good idea of what a machine is like, there’s nothing quite like seeing the machinery in person. When you have the chance to not only see the machine in person but also operate it, learn its features, and get a true sense of what it feels like, it makes your decision much easier.?

When considering a new excavator, we invite you to our branch, walk the yard with you, and help you get a feel for what we have available. STEP 2: SUBMIT A?CREDIT APPLICATION.

After you've found the right excavator that you believe will fit your needs, it's time to take the next step. If you’re interested in financing your new excavator, we can support businesses, farms, and startups.?For any personal financing, we suggest running through your personal bank.

We will provide you with a credit application to submit, which we will process promptly. Typically, you can expect to receive approval within 1-2 business days. We understand the importance of efficiency and aim to make the process as swift as possible for you and your company.

STEP 3: SEND IN YOUR FINANCING DOCUMENTATION.

Once your credit application is approved, we will guide you through the necessary documentation for financing. Our finance documents outline the terms, interest rates, and other essential details of your purchase. These documents can be easily completed online using electronic signatures, but our finance manager, Matt Salyers, is always available to support you if you come across any questions in the process. STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR DOWNPAYMENT.

While a downpayment is not always required depending on credit and years in business, if you choose to submit a downpayment, this is where you would do so in the process. You will have the chance to discuss options for downpayments with our finance manager during earlier steps in the process. To submit your downpayment, you will be able to conveniently wire the money or submit it via check. Regardless of downpayment preference, our team will provide you with all the necessary details to ensure a seamless and secure transaction.

If paying in cash, you can visit any of our branches and our finance team will assist you in your purchase.

STEP 5: NEWMAN TRACTOR WILL PREPARE YOUR MACHINE.

Upon receiving your downpayment, we will prepare your new SANY excavator for you. This includes equipping it with any attachments or accessories you may have requested, ensuring that the machine is ready to meet your specific project needs. Our certified team of technicians will inspect your machine through a comprehensive PDI while prepping it for sale, as well as work with you to be sure the machine meets your expectations. STEP 6: READY FOR PICKUP WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS OF FUNDING.

After the preparation process is complete, your SANY excavator will be ready for collection within a couple of days of funding. Your sales rep will ensure you have a smooth purchasing process from start to finish, including making sure your new excavator rolls off the lot smoothly with you.
