It's been a minute, and I've missed our little rendezvous in the world of possibilities and empowerment. Well, I guess this is my second newsletter this month which show's I'm just a little excited about the New Year!

Have you ever wondered why you seem to have money troubles while worrying about your finances daily? I'm here to remind you that what you focus on is what you'll experience; it's a Universal Law. Your energy creates your reality, and what you hold in your thoughts and feelings manifests itself in your life.

Let me share a glimpse of my daily ritual. For the past two years, the backdrop on my computer has been a simple phrase: "My energy creates my reality. What I focus on is what I will manifest." It's become so ingrained in me that it shapes the way I approach each day.

When I worried about money in the past, the Universe responded with more reasons to worry – unexpected bills, unplanned expenses, you name it. But this isn't just about finances; it's about life in general. Your energy, your thoughts, and your focus play a pivotal role in shaping the reality you experience.

I remember a time when I was battling debilitating Lyme disease symptoms. I was plagued by questions like "why me?" and "why now?" I cried out, "This isn't fair," and I even lost faith in a brighter future. Little did I know that my energy was feeding those very circumstances.

Most people live under the misconception that their reality is determined solely by external factors or by how well they perform. But the truth is, we hold the power to co-create our lives with the universe. It's not something beyond our control – it's a force within us, ready to be harnessed.

I often ponder how different my life might have been had I grasped this concept earlier. How would my high school or college days, or my fitness career days, have unfolded if I had truly understood the power of my energy? Especially during the challenging times.

Here's the beautiful truth: "My energy creates my reality. What I focus on is what I will manifest." This is the guiding principle that shapes my life and gives me the freedom to navigate through each day.

It doesn't just free me; it fills me with peace and security.

It empowers me to co-create a breathtakingly beautiful life, and I'm here to tell you that it can do the same for you, my friend.
