2. Prioritize Joy & Creativity

The Kindergarten-Level Drama We Must Move Past

This week’s public meltdowns reminded me of a reality TV reunion—everyone talking over each other, egos flaring, and zero resolution. That’s the level of emotional immaturity we’re evolving away from.

Example: Think of two people arguing online, typing in all caps, trying to “win” an unwinnable fight. Does it ever lead to peace? No. It just keeps them both stuck in an endless loop of negativity.

Action Step: If something triggers you, ask yourself: Is engaging in this elevating me or draining me? If it’s the latter, step back. Your peace is worth more than proving a point.
