I have "worked" in some areas where the summer temperatures are brutal. In every one of those places I was warned not to only drink water when you feel thristy. The advice of "listen to your body", when it comes to hydration and thrist, is horribly misguided. In hot weather, you will not want to eat proper meals, you will think long sleeves are making you hot, and that getting to shade and drinking water will make heat illness symptoms go away. The reasons these symptoms last for days is simply because you are still dehydrated. I will caution again, some people only repeat what they hear or goggle Experience should be the voice of reason.

Hello there, did you know that the United Kingdom is the worst place in Europe that undermines the rights of immigrants and is fanatically against foreigners even if they are from Europe? Many immigrants from around the world, including Europe have died as a result of UK’s draconian immigration laws. This secret has been buried and hidden from the public for many decades. However, in recent time, many people are beginning to know about it. Thanks to a writer who once lived in England and had published his experiences in London, revealing shocking details of the deadly fate of immigrants in England. This book is a bestseller and its highly recommended. The book titled “WHEN BIRDS FLOCK BEYOND BARNS ” by J. EZIKE is an eye-opener on the many dangers of living as an immigrant in the UK. The book is a fact-fictional account of the inhumane deportation exercises, forceful removal and false criminalization of immigrants in the UK including Europeans. The great thing about this book is, ‘’it’s very cheap’’. At just $1 you will discover the evil secrets of the UK IMMIGRATION. https://selar.co/5242s6?currency=USD https://www.kobo.com/.../ebook/when-birds-flock-beyond-barns

In my experience all what is said is dependent on one’s daily routine and habits. Myself consuming water ?? in Srinagar city varied from half litre per day to max one litre when had a long walk in sun . Then shifting from Srinagar Kashmir India city to Jammu or New Delhi the much hotter places as compared to Srinagar kashmir in India my intake of water reduced drastically. I didn’t consume more than 500 ml of water per day never carried any water bottle or water ?? with me while travelling or didn’t consume more when at home too. For 30 years I have not consumed exclusive water as mostly consume it . In office for 8 hours excluding travel of two hours I have never consumed water. My intake of liquid was only five cups of tea for the whole day no water either with meals or after meals. Yes all used to get surprised and telling me to have kidney problems. I am 66 years now but thank god my kidney is functioning ok . By this experience one can easily say it depends upon the habits how much one consumes water from the very beginning. This may open a new chapter for doctors as I am a living example for this fact.
