This past year I’ve intensely studied a burning question that has perplexed me for quite some time
Why the Blue Team is head and shoulders above the Red Team in Messaging?
This has taken me into spaces that ten years ago I could not even conceive of stepping my foot.

One of the other aspects that has become apparent in our deeply polarized society
….that the voices we hear in our siloed world are from the extremes
The moderate modular tone individuals are not what sells on FOX or MSNBC
?
Yet from my extensive experience dealing with hundreds of thousands of individuals
…the vast majority of Americans are moderator – reasonable – fair minded
?
So, you may ask – why do they vote for so many candidates that express opinions and manifest behaviors vastly different their themselves?
Why are they attracted to these sales pitches that are not congruent to their mindset?
?
One final observation is that being a moderate independent critical thinker is a rare quality in American Society.
?In fact, it comes with lots of risk as the extreme partisans view such an individual as a threat to their powerbase …..For they pitch a product that possesses the potential of capturing market share
….remember the majority of people that live in America possess core values that favor being reasonable –people keep telling me they do not like extremes views or behaviors

In the book I wrote this summer spent an entire chapter talking about Influence
…..more precisely Influence Styles that become the Influence Cultures in which you develop this attractive perception with others.
…along with that comes the steps of developing a compelling narrative

It lack of empathy diminishes its attractiveness for this is not a warm and fuzzy type of embrace.
Yet- this persona is easy to quantify – as the proof is in the pudding

These are intense individuals that are passionate about what they do. They bring an expertise that is constantly evolving and travels at a rate of speed faster than most of us. We find these personas in Technology, Medicine and Science. Their originality is what makes them so appealing

This is the world of someone like Musk or Bezos who completely upend the paradigm. The new model they introduced is a stunning achievement that breaks all the molds. Yet these models will not remain in place long as the next generation of innovation will soon be released

So, I come to understand that the Blue Team possesses a deeper comprehension of the complexity involved in messaging much better than the Red Team
Dems seamlessly pivot in and out of these roles and communication styles
The Blue Team is not hemmed in by any form of conventionality and it is this type of flexibility that captures a larger share of this attractive perception as you focus market to your audience.
