That is not a question any trainer likes being asked, but the truth is your e-Learning will fail if the course content is not visually, mentally and emotionally stimulating. 1) Examples are not practical

2) Too much text
Here is where your training efforts go totally to waste - after only 3 days of learning something, a user will retain only 10-20 % of written or spoken information but almost 65 % of visual information is retained. So all those text heavy modules you spent hours sweating over, just went in one ear and out the other. Don’t worry if you are not Picasso, visuals can be used in many different ways.
