Your Dose of Fashion Insights: Week 29

What a week for Jacquemus whose ranking went up by 83 places, taking the top 10 most viewed looks of the week, as well as top place in the most viewed brands of the week. The marketing hype around the show, as well as the clever play with calendar timings, really keeps the brand visible at key moments. Patou and Marc Jacobs also benefitted from showing before the official calendar, climbing 48 and 188 places respectively in our brand ranking. (You can see this live on our new homepage!)

We've also taken our weekly poll further, building on the past few weeks to hone in how our users are influenced by influencer and celebrity content, and how often. Scroll down for all the details.

Weekly Poll

After establishing the importance of influencer marketing (vs traditional print advertising) in last week's poll, this week we asked our users how often they were influenced by fashion content from influencers and celebrities. A total of 108 users responded, with the majority (35%) asserting they are influenced daily, followed by 18% assuring they are never influenced (remember, it can sometimes be difficult for users to admit they are influenced). 17% answered they were influenced a few times a week, while 17% stated they are influenced a few times a month or less. Keep an eye out for next week's poll, where we'll be uncovering which social media platforms are most looked at for influencer content.
