As a physician, Dr. Griggs finds purpose in caring for her patients but acknowledges the challenges of being fully present in the fast-paced medical field. After experiencing workplace trauma, she was called to a journey of forgiveness—one that ultimately led her to discover the profound power of dignity. Now, through her coaching, group program, and The Dignity Lab podcast, she helps others navigate difficult workplace situations, build mindful leadership skills, and restore trust within organizations.

Bio: Dr. Jennifer Griggs is an oncologist with over 30 years of caring for people with cancer. Her research has focused on inequities in cancer care and on ways to achieve high quality care for all people. In 2018, she experienced a traumatic event at work and found herself called to forgive, which stretched her into new places. She is now a physician and physician leadership coach, working with people who want to live and lead with dignity. She is also the host of the podcast, The Dignity Lab. Jennifer and her husband live in the woods in southeast Michigan with their little dog Daisy, surrounded by oak trees and songbirds. They have two young adult daughters.
