Your customers want to interact with people, not electronic menus - period!

How many of you have become increasingly frustrated with the inability to reach, much less work with, an actual person at a company with which you currently do business, or wish to do business? I can't speak for any of you, but speaking for me, I am sick and tired with dealing with multi-layered electronic menus, both when calling or going online!

Why have "you, Corporations", made it continually more difficult to buy products and services from you? Why have "you .Corporations", made it continually more difficult for existing clients, to address and resolve any concerns or complaints? When I want to talk to my financial institutions about MY account, which has MY money in THEIR care and custody, why do YOU prefer to give me - and other customers - the robo-runaround? The same applies for other companies whose products people want to buy and own!

Guess what "Corporate", not everyone wants to download your app in order to interact or do business with you! Personally, I despise apps (in lieu of doing business face to face, or at least voice to voice). What you are doing is analogous to a brick and mortar business permanently keeping the front door locked and posting a sign which says, "Visit us online at www.we_dont_care.com.

There is a growing list of companies who have lost, or on the brink of losing my business -and my patronage!. Hey Corporations, STOP alienating the very core consumer base who - otherwise - wants to buy from you, and/or, invest in you!
