We activated AI agent that comes with the Helpdesk software that we are using, but the costs are outrageously high, and the pricing structure is unnecessarily complicated. Frustrated with constantly worrying about exceeding our quota each month, I decided to disable this feature altogether. This approach is simply unsustainable for small businesses and nonprofits operating on tight budgets.
