There are changes in the pension fund legislation that are shaking things up. There have been, for far too long, too many funds that are guilty of poor management decisions. Thanks to the new changes, gone are the days of funds that are in place purely because the owner of the company is 'buddies' with the broker. Gone are the days of employees being powerless and ignorant towards what is (and has always been) THEIR MONEY.
