Your Company Can Have A Kingdom Impact

I have been thinking about this passage lately.?
“Store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” Matthew 6:20-21.
Godly things grow—sometimes exponentially. Jesus often refers to the importance of good fruit in the Bible, showing how God is about results when it comes to good companies producing good fruit.?
Faith-driven leaders should have a mindset toward growth and expansion. Leaders who wish to honor God through their business will make sure both their people and the business reach their full capacity.
While striving to do this, we should never operate from the point of exhaustion.?Jesus never led while out of breath. He was always where He was supposed to be, and He was there always when He was supposed to be. He reached his peak and established an organization to fulfill its capacity as well.
Business leaders love results. They are always looking for a return on investment. Yet, many faith-driven leaders never inspect results from a kingdom perspective. While passionate about business, they never take time to examine the eternal.?
One key question?that every Christian leader should ask themselves is: how many salvations has my company produced??
This question typically gives faith-driven entrepreneurs pause. Most have never been asked or thought about that question, yet it is an essential question to ask to know if your company is making a kingdom impact.
However, don’t you think that if God placed a business under your care for years, which touches the lives of thousands, He expects some salvations or spiritual movement to take place in the company? Kingdom companies should become conversion companies.” Every company led by a Christian should have some?Kingdom Impact through the business.
"Kingdom companies should become conversion companies."
While God is all about free will and grace, He also expects results. He wants His leaders to be about His business. He is calling leaders of all-size companies to produce good fruit.
CEO Experience believes strongly in prayer groups, Bible study groups, and learning opportunities for employees to hear the message of Christ in new and different ways. There will be people coming into your business who would never enter a church. The marketplace has always been and will always be a place where God can be elevated.
You can impact your employees with your faith!
At CEO Experience, we have developed a Next-Level Leader retreat designed for all employees. The CXP CEO Retreat Guide has pages dedicated to next-level leaders and what they should be learning. These leaders receive the entire CEO guide filled with Bible passages and spiritual insights with the idea that faith comes from hearing, and hearing from the Word of God (see Romans 10:17). When they read business insights for themselves, they see spiritual ideas designed for the leader, and it sets them on a path of spiritual growth and development.?
So as you go about your work this week remember,?Do Things Today that Impact Today and Tomorrow.
