Early in my career, I was all over the place—pushing hard one week, coasting the next because I felt good and knew those nice commissions were on their way. I’d convince myself that I was “busy” enough to earn results, I would tell myself that I deserved the break because I worked so hard to close the last one, but when the high of the last sale was gone and I looked at the numbers, there was nothing in front of me.??

So each time, I’d have to start over–hustling my ass off to push and get the contacts I needed to get my meetings, to get my closes, to get my next commission check.? Then I’d be exhausted again.

Rinse.

Repeat.

The turning point? When I got serious about showing up every single day. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just consistent, focused action.

Think about it: The strongest relationships are built on trust. The best athletes win because they train every day. Knock it out early, and the rest of your day feels like momentum on autopilot. Skip it, and you’ll spend the day dodging the work that actually matters.
